HOW SHOULD I PREPARE AND DELIVER STEMS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL?
Upload pre-cleared multitracks (24-bit/48kHz WAV or Pro Tools Session) via our encrypted portal at least 12 hours before call time. Consolidate all edits from bar 1 to eliminate phase misalignments. Dedicated vocal tuning keys and reference rough mixes must be included in a dedicated /REFERENCES subfolder.
WHAT VINTAGE MICROPHONES AND OUTBOARD UNITS ARE INCLUDED IN BASE LOCKOUTS?
All booked blocks grant unrestricted access to our live locker, including our 1968 Neumann U67, Telefunken ELA M 251E, matched stereo pairs of Coles 4038s, and the analog patch bay running Neve 1073 and Tube-Tech CL1B chains. Specialized tape calibration incurs a single consumables surcharge.
WHAT IS THE STUDIO CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Notice provided 72 hours prior to scheduled session start receives a 100% deposit rollover toward any open slot within 60 days. Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the initial retainer to cover reserved engineer and room lockout guarantees.
MAY I BRING EXTERNAL ENGINEERS OR PRODUCTION GUESTS?
Guest mix/tracking engineers are welcomed after an initial 15-minute facility orientation conducted by our House Tech. Studio A accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably; Studio B is optimized for focused vocal tracking with a strict 4-person limit.
HOW ARE RENDERED MASTERS AND HARD DRIVE TRANSFERS HANDLED?
All session files are redundantly backed up to local high-speed RAID arrays and stored on offline cloud cold storage for 90 days. Raw session assets are delivered via private high-bandwidth direct link immediately upon final invoice settlement.
